On behalf of the Price Hills Homeowners Association at The Village at Elk Ridge Subdivision, we welcome you to our community.

We know you’ll find this neighborhood is a great place to live. Just outside of Three Forks, Montana, the neighborhood retains its Old-West charm. In addition to a 6+ acre park there are over 25 acres of shared, open space to enjoy; making The Village at Elk Ridge the place to be.

Paved roads take you by rustic covered community mailboxes and a beautifully landscaped school bus stop that hosts a lean-to and benches. The shaded park includes sitting benches, baseball and soccer fields, a basketball court, a covered gazebo with multiple picnic tables, and BBQ grills. This subdivision provides a family setting for family and friends.

Located just off Interstate 90 between Bozeman, Helena, and Butte, the mountain views are spectacular and with a quick drive, you can get to other surrounding areas easily. The Missouri Headwaters State Park, Lewis and Clark Caverns, the Madison Buffalo Jump State Monument (which archaeologists date back as 4,000 years), along with multiple ski resorts, and lakes, there are lots of activities to enjoy. The Village at Elk Ridge is located with easy access to excellent schools, restaurants, shopping, and local places of worship.

New and perspective homeowners are encouraged to review all Price Hills HOA's governing documents. It is important to know that The Village at Elk Ridge Subdivision is a covenant controlled community. Under the 'Regulations and Policy' section of our website you will be able to read and/or download the covenants, bylaws, interpretations, resolutions, policies etc.

When a property is purchased in the subdivision, you sign documents stating that you will abide by the rules and regulations bound to the property. Please be sure you are a fit for the community prior to purchasing your home. For as many property owners that find the rules and regulations unnecessary and restrictive there are just as many property owners that appreciate them and even some that wish for the rules to be more strict.
