Price Hills Homeowners Association is governed by policies, regulations, and standards that help ensure a great community.
New and perspective homeowners are encouraged to review all Price Hills HOA's governing documents.
When a property is purchased in the subdivision, you sign documents stating that you will abide by the rules and regulations bound to the property. For as many property owners that find the rules and regulations unnecessary and restrictive there are just as many property owners that appreciate them or wish for the rules to be more strict.
Communication is important and we encourage home owners if you have a question regarding any of the documents, policies, or procedures please contact our office.
